WHO WE ARE

Juan Carlos Abelairas is a Senior Innovation Architect at Recurve Solutions and Director of Litigation Support at the international law firm Greenberg Traurig. He frequently serves as a subject matter expert to clients and attorneys regarding litigation support, electronic discovery, and predictive analytics.

Prior to these roles, Juan Carlos held paralegal leadership positions at two major law firms in Miami.

Juan Carlos is a graduate of Miami Christian College.

Leslie Brown is a Senior Innovation Architect at Recurve Solutions and Director of Legal Process Innovation at the international law firm Greenberg Traurig. She is a frequent speaker about innovation in areas of legal project management and knowledge management.

For more than 10 years, Leslie has been responsible for implementing practice-oriented and client-focused initiatives that emphasize collaboration, professional skill development, effective project management, and innovative delivery of legal services. She has developed and delivered numerous programs on legal project management.

Leslie earned her law degree at University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and holds a degree in computer science from Brown University.

Katherine (Kate) Hathaway is an Innovation Architect at Recurve Solutions and an Innovation Project Manager at the international law firm Greenberg Traurig. She combines strong project management skills with her legal support services experience to implement innovative solutions for clients and practice groups.

Prior to her current roles, Kate worked for over nine years as a project manager at two leading legal administration companies.

Kate earned her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and her JD cum laude from Loyola University in Chicago. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Christiane Matuch is an Innovation Architect at Recurve Solutions and an Innovation Project Manager at the international law firm Greenberg Traurig.

Christiane draws upon more than 16 years of hands-on experience as a legal project manager to improve client engagement through the utilization of technology, enhanced workflow management, and effective deployment of resources. She frequently works as part of a multi-disciplinary team across a range of industries to develop design thinking-based solutions to help stakeholders solve complex problems.

Christiane has a JD from Phillips University in Marburg, Germany and an LL.M. degree from Emory University. She is an Accredited Legal Project Manager (ALPM).

Jason Temple is an Innovation Architect at Recurve Solutions and serves as Director of Litigation Support at the international law firm Greenberg Traurig.

In this role, Jason is part of the senior management team, builds protocols for department strategies, selects and implements new litigation support tools and technologies, delivers firm-wide CLE training for attorneys and paralegals, and works on department budgeting.

Jason earned his undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Florida State University and holds a Brainspace certification.
